good location. i stayed in a 2-bedroom-apartment, which was a great value for money. very clean. all the necissities are available. i'd certainly come back to this hotel and recommend it to my friends. verey nice hotel .Everything. Location.breakfast.service. Everything...felt like home.i like the Hotel service. The staff were helpful and friendly yet very professional. The room was excellent value for money, and the location adjacent to the Mall of the Emirates is unbeatable for a shopping trip!.

Perfect for business and shopping. the hotel was very clear and near the best place for me and the staff was very friendly. it was a short distance from Mall of Emirates. Very friendly and helpful staff. Any minor problems were dealt with swiftly and pleasantly. I found the staff at the hotel very eager to please. They were having electrical problems while I was there and as compensation gave me extra-late check out, which otherwise would have costed me an extra night, so I was pleased there. A rather sleek new hotel. The hotel restaurant was okay. I liked the location of the hotel and the size of the room.close to mall of emirates. near emarits mall and ski dubai. sorrounding constructions, but i'm realistic, dubai is a big building workshop. Distance from Airport. They should improve restaurant services and food. air con not working no instructions. same with tv. got hot in night no fresh air.tourist info not in room only found maps on departure so went sight seeing with no info or guidance.not much, just a tiny problem putting the key cards in the holder to get the electricity on in the room. we had a 2-days blackout, totally not due to the hotel's responsibility, as they were doing some works on a construction site nearby. the view from my window was awful, right into a construction site. the spa one room only, there's only guy that doing massage. the construction view :(, there's no feather pillow, i can't sleep because the pillow was hard. The non availability of a variety of coffee for breakfast. Tissues were used for napkins and had to be asked for as they were not automatically on the table. This may be fine for 3 star but the GT are aspiring to go 4 star. Also there is alot and I mean alot of construction going on around 3 sides of the hotel. There were teething-problems during my stay. The hotel was obviously very new and there was feel of the staff still needing to get to grips with nuts and bolts problems. Or at least this was my impression. A few things didn't work, but were promptly fixed. The area had nothing else to offer other than construction sites, but that seemed to be Dubai in general. So nothing cultural to offer.yes the constraction sites in the neighborhood. decoration, bathroom, house keeping (poor), no dvd player, no free internet, tv far from bed.
