The hotel is very conveniently placed for travelling throughout Dubai, and reaching all attractions. In itself it is an attractive newly opened hotel, with comfortable rooms, and nice restaurant facility. Not on the grand scale of some of the large hotels in Dubai, but definately excellent value for money. Nice roof-top pool, with comfortable sun-lounge beds, and well equiped gym .

Everything was done professionally; I got immediate attention when I needed it. The staff is well-informed and very friendly. The location is a bit awkward because of the construction, but this is not the fault of the hotel and one of Dubai's biggest malls is within five minutes' walk.This hotel is beautiful !! It's brand new, great location, the staff are very helpful and the breakfast was well worth the money. A very enjoyable experience...Very helpful staff and the hotel was beautiful to be in. No. Occasionally you would have to wait a bit for a taxi.I think there must have been aluminium on the outsdie of the building ie Window Cills and when it got warm due to the sun it was cracking and making noises which kept me awake early morning. But not a big problem.The hotel must increase the quality of brakefast buffet.The location so good. The fixed time for using swimming pool (9 AM to 6 PM). the prices and taxes are high, the extra bed was so bad (and too expensive as well!!!). I went to the Business Centre and the connection speed was just as bad.I can't think of one.Some noize because the hotel is new. Since its a new hotel they had a difficulty getting my reservation, however the problem was solved after about 30 minutes. Waited 45 min in front of hotel to get a taxi. sound from out side room. Reception called me 4 times in one day thinking that I asked for a late check out. They had mistaken my room with another. Very poor coordination!. I stayed for half a day...I was disturbed by the incorrect booking for a taxi which woke me and my young baby. This was a huge problem as I had to catch a 3am flight and wanted my baby to sleep as it was 15 hours of travel. Then I was overcharged...for a limo I did not use. The man at the front desk was unhelpful and surly when I complained about this. No solution or discount were offered.Receptions team. swimming pool, health club and oulets not yet open. did not like the housekeeping poeple knocking at the door every time we came to hotel room, asking to do the service.The hotel price is very expensive, not good value. Check-in take long time, they block your credit card upon your arrival (strange way), can make problems. We had to pay for late check-out because of full hotel, but the hotel was really empty.yes,,, the service is not good and the reception desk is unhelpfull they give us a room with broken lock. I hate the rate in the swimming pool, the noisy from the worker, theconcern only how to take our money, the hotel is 1 star only not 4 stars.
