Very polite and effiicient staff. I arrived at about 10am and was allowed to check in early which was great! There was plenty of room in the apartment, and all you would need to make your stay really comfortable. Fantastic. Staff are friendly, Helpfull, although they say "Good Morning" even though its the night, never the less, the staff always have a smiling face on them.10 minutes walk from Mall of Emirates. Very easy to find a taxi at every time of the day. Friendly stuff and very good location. High raccomanded.
all reviews » Staff very friendly and helpful, the facilities were fantastic - gym, salon, sauna, pool and jacuzzi. idid like a lot the seven sands apartment clean nice location and service perfect . having an indian restaurant on the ground floor - breakfast served until 10.30 am. Found it to be very comfortable and friendly staff. the room is fully equiped. Courteous staff/service. Courteous staff/service. Every thing. The room. Our three night stay was very enjoyable. The staff could not have been more helpful. The pool a neccesity and the Hall of Emirates was within walking distance ... even in the heat of the day. The house keeping was very efficient as the room was always kept clean. Most of the people went to the lobby to access their laptops. Most probably its free there.The breakfast area is very unorganised, tables are not cleaned quick enough for the next seating and the food trays were often empty and we had to ask for them to be filled. Only that the kitchen wasn't equipped with cutlery and tea towel, dishliquid etc otherwise house keeping was great, clean. There was none but I would certainly suggest to provide free internetfacility to add to guests comfort. I didn't really enjoy the breakfast.The laundry expess service doesnt work on some day if you late then dont expext it. the air conditioner was not so good.Unknown to many taxi drivers and they don't like taking you on short journeys (ie. from apartment to Mall of teh Emirates and back). the food is not that greta.Gym personnel did not make the gym too inviting. It felt like using the gym and swimming pool was not recommended. We had also some problems with reception personnel while calling a taxi to the airport. Cleaning personnel was excellent!!. Not enough gym equipment. Not enough stores-activitie (although there are possible constructions around it),. Apartment did not have adequate kitchen tools such as plates, bowls, forks and no dinner knives. Otherwise, all was good!. The bathroom stanks terrible out of the waste pipe.it was a bit difficult to find the hotel as the map posted on the site was not very accurate and as every place in UAE the location is like huge contruction site. No computer available for internet use. They can provide a computer in the lobby area for guest use.Breakfast is not up to expection. Not much choices. The breakfast dishes were the same through out our stay and very little served which they would not replace some you therefore end up with very minimal variety if you are not among the few early birds e.g the frist 10-15 guests will get the muffins or croisants and the rest of the guests will have to make do with bread only.Aircondition is not fairly distributred among the rooms. Only one small cloth cabenit available in 2 bedroom apartment. windows can not be close completly therfore you can hear the streat noise. Should have additional shower in common toilet. Air-conditioning in the apartment is not well distributed among the rooms.the breakfast that is included is poor. they won't allow you to pay less and have breakfast in the room, which is perfectly possible since it are hotel-apartments. Food. The air conditions in the apartment is fairly distributed, it is hot in some rooms and cool in another. Sofa at bed room to hard.... no dryer in the kitchen .... ac plugs not easy to use. The breakfast was below standard and Hotel staff present would daily say that such and such item on the Menu had finished. Breakfast was below standard for a 3 star accomodation. Also, the internet access did not work perfectly.The breakfast was not nice and the menu didn't change throughout my nine day stay. The hotel is also far from Deira where I had hoped to get some of the same items I saw in Mall of the Emirates at much cheaper rates. The pool and gym shold be open round the clock, I didn't get to use them much because I get back from my conference after they had closed. Breakfast is not up to expection. Not much choices. The staff evenworth. Tables are not cleaned quick enough for the next seating.The staff should mensiion the breakfast time. I would of liked a hairdryer in the room. there is some bad smell in bathrooms. noisy and a lot of work, maintance. When washing machine repeatedly malfunctioned, maintenance staff became inefficient and responded to calls for assistance less quickly than at the beginning. There were no written instructions to be found in the room for operation of the washing machine or the electronic room safe. The wake up call that was requested for our final day did not occur at all.
