In a word " everything " this hotel suits our needs perfectly. If we needed something we just rang reception and it was sorted as all the staff here are very helpful and courteous. When we travel to Dubai we always stay at this this hotel and have always enjoyed our stay as it is situated beside the Dubai Creek and is close to 2 Metro stations so it is possible to reach most destinations especially if you like to go to the Shopping Malls. If you do not want to use the Metro the Taxi's are very .

The Hotel is located within short walking distance from the Creek and the busy Al Rigga street. The latter is a busy street with large selection of shops and restaurants. Found the hotel to be clean and the staff extremely helpful. They were flexible enough to get our room cleaned whenever we requested - even as late as 8pm at night when we left our room. The hotel has no public entertainment facilities such us nightclubs or bars. This meant unlike its neighbouring hotel ("Moscow Hotel"), The C. Perfect location for getting around Dubai's main areas. Easy to find, once I had called the reception twice (who were amazingly helpful). They also allowed us to have a 3 hour late check out which was very helpful as one of our kids was still sleeping at check out time. The overall experience was very pleasant. Also the view was lovely, oerlooking the Dubai creek and a park outside of the main bedroom's balcony. Friendly staff, excellent gym, clean, spacious, fridge, washing machine, good views, close to the Creek and old Dubai for shopping. Up-market foyer and lifts, etc. Quiet at night and no smoking rooms that didn't smell like smoke. Good all round value for money. The hotel is clean and comfort. Hotel location is suitable to those people who look for peaceful spot. The creek is just minutes walk from hotel. There is a supermarket next to the hotel. Room size is fair compared to other nearby hotels. Internet is free. the apartements are very good furntioned, fully equipet. the location is in the clean an quit area in the center od Diera. Its an good choice for leisure with family or for business. My kids liked the aparments they ask to extend or one week stay. the staff are friendly and understanding the parking are located under and plenty I stay in the 12th floor which shows great from the window the room has many appliance that u can even cook internet is available every where for free. Staff was friendly, professional and rooms were nice & cleaned well... Room was spacious- I stayed there while waiting for a visa approval- it was located fairly close to the embassies & business centers. Location is great, close to Deira shoping mall, and close to metro station. The Greek view is really cool. One of the best things is the internet service, it was free and very very fast. I stay at the hotel for two nights, I strongly recommend the hotel for family stay in Dubai, nice staff, parking service 24 hrs. nice location. very good location very clean value the money you pay for it. very good stuff. very good car park. Everything about the Clover Creek was excellent,will definitely return some day. The apartments were spacious, clean and self contained, with friendly staff. Location, facilities. indian receptionists. Staff are frindely. Each room/ flat comes with its own boiler tank to provide hot water. The Deluxe studio room we booked was equipped with just 25Liter tank, which meant the hot water supply may be sufficient for taking shower but not bath. The water would get cold before filling up half the bath-tub. Also, there is no separate changing room for men and women in leisure centre located on top floor. Similarly, there is just 1 Sauna and steam room for use by both sexes... There were a couple of minor issues with trying to call the room service number both days we stayed, but the reception were very helpful and got them to call us back right away to sort our order out. Maybe a bit of TLC on some of the decoration but otherwise a genuinly nice place to stay. There wasn,t anything that I disliked however a few suggestions I gave to the hotel that would make staying even more attractive were: a tea towel, detergent, pot scrubber, more towels in bathroom. The swimming pool water was cold after sun set. There is no room service menue inside the room. However, room service is available by phone. the cleaning staff are friendly but the do not clean properly. This is a problem with all the service staff in the hotels and furnished apartments. insects when u open the window and there is laple on the window so no opening to the windoes. No complaints. The hot water is an isuue. It takes long time to get the hot water in the bathroom. One more thing, the water pressure is not good at all. Music sound at 4th floor at night time. The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't change the sheets when they cleaned the room and also didn't bring in clean towels after taking the dirty ones. We had to call them all the time for clean towels. In all my stay in Dubai have never seen any hotel charge extra for early check in at about 10am in the morning, well this hotel did and their check in time was 3pm . so they were so quick to point to the checking time. My request was not read so I had to point that to them as before my room was changed. Need a taxi to get anywhere. Although the gym was excellent, it still had apparatus in a state of disrepair which stayed that way the full stay. Need to keep the gym fully operational for the customer. No pub Gym doesn't open until 9am so I couldn't exercise before work. The treatment of one Indain lady in the reception she's very Taff ,. No staff at the health club and pool. Was disappointing. Nothing major to be hinest just kids breakfast cereals could have a bit more variety day by day rather than the same two options everyday. Price is a litel bit high. liked everything. The pool was a bit small and the hotel could use a bar. Bathroom had water leaking from above (it stopped before I complained to the management). Room service was not upto the standards. Called many times to acquire few services but staff appeared on next day! Surprising. Our room's automatic door lock is not working properly. We have had so many difficulties in entering the room due to the defective door lock. We've brought this to them but within our 4 days of stay, it was not addressed accordingly. Also the pool is always on maintenance, we have not had a chance using it. Maintenance. for breakfast cereal, limited choice and milk not cold at all. the hotel location was unknowen by almost all taxi. Driver booked to take us to hotel from airport never turned up. Cleaner of apartment asking too many nosey questions such as where you come from and what is your job, etc. Mould in bathroom never cleaned. Two pieces of clothing went missing in apartment, reason ? . Swimming pool and gym left unattended and locked many times of the day. The forgot to equipt the kitchen until we ask for. often changes a name design and furniture are not modern ))) price on site is not finally!!!. Уборка в номере. nothing.
