Please excuse this review for being so thorough but I feel after staying here and being so confused before leaving for my holiday this sort of review would be helpful. Arrived at this Hotel 4 hours before check in due to flight timing and was happy to hear they had one of our rooms ready and let us have the keys immediately no questions asked. all reviews Overall a very comfortable stay. We stayed in a large apartment type suite. Good level of accommodation and services. Good to have a kitchen even though it was only basically fitted out. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the air-conditioning worked well. We had a baby bed made up in the room at no additional costs - really good to have a baby made very welcome. Near a supermarket and smack in the middle of Al Karama and Burjuman Metro stations. The room was really good even better than the pictures... Exactly how they say it is , worth the money . Staff were very helpful, clean rooms, reasonable price, the hotel is located 5-7 minutes walk from 3 different metro stations, and supermarket is a 5 minutes walk, we shall stay there again. The construction across is quite noisy especially at night. No TV in bedroom. No washing Machine Simming pool too small to be useable. Gym didn't have enough equipment for a proper Gym goer and swimming pool was out of order but I'm not a swimmer so it was cool and oh yh cable tv didn't have much channels. All was ok, maybe the only 2 things were: there is no sound insulation on the windows overlooking the street, and sometimes the housekeeping forget to put enough fresh towels in the bathroom, they always solved this issue very quickly though. Hotel should ensure that toilet amenities quality is improved and also provide dish washing liquid in the apartment. The interenet was a problem couldn't get good signals in the room. nothing. Paid internet service. It's a everyday thing now. They don't charge you for using water of electricity, so make it a free service. I booked the same executive one bedroom suite I booked last time, yet this time it was smaller than last time .. Nothing. All was good. No alcohol... A guest set off the fire alarm one evening cooking so we had to evacuate the rooms as per the recorded announcement. The staff in reception didn't seem to take the alarm seriously. There was no coordination and it seems a lack of emergency protocol in the hotel. What would have happened if it had been a real fire or emergency??. lack of internet terminal. wifi time available at cost. -No toster in the room -WIfi only Avalible for one device for two bed appt no Free Wifi - only two serving plates were Avalible at the two bedroom appt. nothingby. They don't allow your guest into your room. ongoing construction beside the hotel but bearable. No Slippers and Broken Bathroom Showers. internet didn't work thru my whole stay, staff kept promissing to get it fixed, but it didn't work from my room. no free wireless available. too much noise, from 5:am, there is a construction beside proceeding fast from early in the morning it wake up all people. But no complain received. The room service staff skipped on cleaning the room even after reminders. There are no tv in the bedroom. Constructions work beside the hotel. Fire alarm system. The doors to the elevators are closed from the parking after 10pm. everything is was perfect but the construction in the next building is a major issue. Work starts at 730 with the drilling noise which was very annoying . Internet is not free. for some things that you wanted to be done you had to call front desk 2or 3 times , or they forgot the laundry once to bring it back to room or during the room cleaning they forgot o put soap or towel, internet connection was not free and it was the worst internet i ever connected. delay in reciption only one lady in the reciption. Chargable wifi cam the noise from the constraction next to it start from 6 am till 9 pm. Lack of TV channels in English. Room and corridor was giving very very bad smell. Ventilation system of hotel is not good. Hotel location is bad. Bad insulation. Building near the hotel. We didn't have some peaces in the room (cover for frypan, tea spoons, toaster, coffee maker). The floor was very dirty and cold in our room. Our bathroom had the most horrendous smell, I informed staff and they came out and sprayed the drains, but smell lingered throughout the stay, so we moved to to a different hotel the next night. Verrrrry noisy. We checked in at 11pm and wanted only to sleep at the hotel. The room didn't have any towels or tissues. We had to wait over 20 min and call twice to get the them. Furthermore, at 6am the noise from construction started.there are at least 2 new sites under construction which will take at least a year to complete. Until then I advise you to consider that when booking this hotel.
