The hotel was quiet: Noise of the traffic didn't bother and there weren't noisy discos in the same building. The room was very cosy, which made us feel at home. Two pools (on first floor and on the roof) were not crowded in the morning or in the evening, when we used them. The restaurant was open 24/7 and offered the possibility to eat decently, if we weren't on the move. Excellent choice. The apartment had everything you could think of in it and was very well presented and extremely comfortable. Some reviews on your website seemed quite low I was surprised. I was in Block 5 and would be very happy to go back again - and again. The location is good it is a shortish walk to the creek and the souks. The staff were very helpful and efficient.
all reviews » Very clean and big rooms. Good air con. Staff were very helpful, and they were extremely kind to hold on to our luggage for us for 12hrs after we checked out. This was soo useful for us as our onward flight was 15hrs after our check out, this meant we were able to explore Dubai without having to carry our baggage around with us. We were upgraded to an even bigger apartment, which was brilliant. The facilities were excellent, and there was a supermarket within easy walking distance. We booked our tours through the hotel and had a very enjoyable stay.I liked this room much better than than the one that I paid 50 drm morefor at the regal hotel the day before . Really nice extras/ differencesincluded free shuttle to (and from) the airport, small kitchen, fullsize fridge. Very convenient situation, good value for money, good room service and daily cleaning, excellent provision of self-catering facilities washing machine, fridge, freezer, plates and crockery made the stay very economical. Great to have bus shuttle to and fro airport. Bonus to have pool, restaurant, good air con(very cool), clean room and pleasant, helpful staff. Great to have travel adviser on site saved time looking for one. Everything! The reception staff were very helpful as were all the hotel staff. The rooms were very comfortable with everything needed in there. The bed is huge and we had a great nights sleep.located close to eurpean profile food store ,interior swimming pool, kithche fascilities,large screen TV, located close to Burjuman shopping mall-5 minutes walk time. The wireless internet was very badly...i prefer internet in the room and not in the restaurant. Internet speed was very poor. Breakfast was poor in quality and at 9.45am nothing was left. I thought the tiles around the swimming pool were very grubby as a lot of them were broken but otherwise very nice.The Hotel staff is not friendy especially the front desks / reception. However, I would still not want to pay extra at some other hotel just to see a smile on the staff's face while talking to you. Ordering taxis from the room through reception was forgotten twice. But all in all excelent would stay there again.It is hard to come up with negatives but the free internet was very slow. In ability to use my laptop directly from my room despite the room network physical exitence. Also your inability to have an IT personnel to help guest on connectivity problems on your LAN connection.buffet breakfast is not has variations for 50 AED. The internet connection in the lobby or business centre was really slow.
