The Folks managing the show here are just really good...real value for money...extremely homely and you feel comfortable the moment you come inside the property - just because of the behaviors of the staff. The Buffet Breakfast at the hotel was amazing and worth every penny spent. The Rooms were clean and the facilities provided were up to the mark. Free Wifi with Good speed. The staff are excellent and they are friendly. Room is spacious and very clean. The Suites are close to major intetesting places. Nice continental breakfast.

Rooms were spacious and all the amenities were in good working condition. Balcony was a big plus since weather was good during my stay. I like the fact that their are 2 tv in the room. Rooms were large and quiet. Free wifi had good speed. The location and staff are friendly. Everything is good in this Hotel. The place. I liked that it is family hotel. The housekeeping is in a mess and the food menu is too restrictive and the food taste is very very ordinary - to say the least. Nothing. Room service food quality was not that good compare to rest of the hotel standards. None. Oh, I did not like sleepers being charged aed 5!!!!!!!! Rest is fine. Room was advertised as having a large double bed. When we arrived, it had two single beds which they proposed joining together. Was told by a staff member that I should have put in the notes that we required a double bed. After some arguing, they provided an alternative room. Breakfast selection for vegetarians was not extensive, though my wife enjoyed it. I booked a one bedroom. The one bedroom consisted of a partition in the main room which separated the sleeping place from the other side which also had the kitchen. This fits more of a studio. I felt manipulated. Bathroom's tap water is not cold even at night which is uncomfortable during summer time. It would be good if water is cooled using the available cheap technology which I am using for my house. Nothing !. nothing. Humidity smell in the room. no vegimite. There was no that came to my notice. the carpet it is a bit smelly. No food. Carpets and lounges could do with a deep clean. internet is very slow. sauna not working ,. A bit of a walk to the Bur Dubai souk and creek. Not a problem if you have time on your hands and healthy limbs of course. - Not clean: bed covers to be replaced periodically. - Small car parking. - At night, back door closed "if parked inside the hotel". - No major sport channels e.g. Jazira + (1-10). Had to turn own hot water on, which is not hard but if forgot to turn on twenty minutes before shower, it could make you late for destination. Fridge and washing machine a little hard to access. Showers were very hard to access without getting wet before time from a burst of cold water. I didn't like the bathroom need to change all to new equipment. Keep more baby bed to provide to family with baby. The way bathtub, shower and taps are located it is not at all convenient to use. food is the same every day. 1-Breakfast is expensive. even not included in the package. 2-Druing booking online, its mention 10% tax exlcuded. its not mention will be included on the hotel web site. When we arrived the room was not ready & they are closing the parking area at night without giving you a proper access. I booked a two bedroom apartment, but I ended up with a one bedroom that they split the living room with a partition as a makeshift second bedroom, I would not have paid this price for one bedroom.
