  When I read the reviews on here, I thought this place is too good to be true but it wasn't! I had a beautifully decorated room that was really comfortable and clean, almost forensically clean! The sheets weren't just fresh, they smelled fresh! Although we had an external bathroom, there were no complaints at all because the bathroom was really huge. Quite a selection of complementry drinks in the room. Free bottle of mineral water which is uncommon for bed and breakfast. The guest house is very homely and tastefully decorated. The much ravelled about eggs benedict is really awesome, a good selection of cerals and fruits too. No complains at all. Beautiful beach walking distance away.

  Myself and my partner booked this just for a night away, the guest house is close to the train station, next to the beach and within walking distance to the town centre. The guest house was lovely, we were in room one right at the top of the stairs and it was so nice with it's on-suite and large bed. The breakfast was perfect and so much of it.
