  I loved the reception I received from the owners of the property, she knew I was going to a funeral the next day and offered to drive me to the church which she did as I did not know where it was.   Stayed here for a wedding we had locally at the weekend, villa was fresh and clean throughout. Karen was absolutely lovely and happy to help with anything. We stayed in the luxury suit and the bed was so comfortable! Best sleep we had had in ages! Would highly recommend and will be booking again if we ever stay over in yr again.

  Faye was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and had full amenities. Although overlooking a busy raod there was little traffic noise even even though we had the window open during the night. Although we had an external bathroom, there were no complaints at all because the bathroom was really huge. Quite a selection of complementry drinks in the room. Free bottle of mineral water which is uncommon for bed and breakfast. The guest house is very homely and tastefully decorated. The much ravelled about eggs benedict is really awesome, a good selection of cerals and fruits too. No complains at all. Beautiful beach walking distance away.

  Clean everywhere. Good selection of breakfast. Ease of entry using keyafter late night out. Were able to accomodate me early in day so I couldsleep after early morning flight in to Prestwick - Very clean, friendly, tasteful decor, great breakfast! Couldn't find a single fault.
