The Hotel is excellent,service great great for the airport,however i wouldnt recommend Ayr to anybody,its a really shabby town im sorry ro say with very few attractions, no matter what the guide book says.Thats the only problem the location. Everything was excellent. The accomodation exceeded our expectations. The owners were very friendly and the breakfast was superb. Will definitely return when next in the area.

I tend to favour hotels that have wifi and it's annoying when this does not work (which is frequently the case I add).

- On exiting Glasgow Prestwick Airport, turn left towards the town of Prestwick.
- After 400 metres, you will reach a large roundabout. Take the 3rd exit, heading towards the town of Prestwick. This is the A79.
- This road changes name several times.
- Continue on this road for approximately 1.25 miles (2 km) and you will pass a Shell petrol station on the left-hand side.
- The Beechwood Guest House is on the right-hand side, approximately 200 metres after the Shell petrol station.
