The choice of breakfast is amazing for a small establishment and the food was lovely - all freshly made. Excellent location - minutes from beach or - The room is bright and clean. Although we had an external bathroom, there were no complaints at all because the bathroom was really huge. Quite a selection of complementry drinks in the room. Free bottle of mineral water which is uncommon for bed and breakfast. The guest house is very homely and tastefully decorated. The much ravelled about eggs benedict is really awesome, a good selection of cerals and fruits too. No complains at all. Beautiful beach walking distance away.

William the owner, was very helpful and loaned me an iron and board due to my wedding outfit being creased on the journey.   Myself and my partner booked this just for a night away, the guest house is close to the train station, next to the beach and within walking distance to the town centre. This cute b&b by the sea was very clean, the staff was extremely helpful, nice and welcoming, and the location was perfect to be able to walk to the train station and the sea. Breakfast was incredible. Waking up to the smell of a perfectly cooked Scottish breakfast was amazing.
