  Everything was 1st class. Spotlessly clean guest house, friendly owner and staff, lovely comfortable bedroom with very large separate bathroom. The choice of breakfast is amazing for a small establishment and the food was lovely - all freshly made. Excellent location - minutes from beach or - The room is bright and clean. Although we had an external bathroom, there were no complaints at all because the bathroom was really huge. Quite a selection of complementry drinks in the room. Free bottle of mineral water which is uncommon for bed and breakfast. The guest house is very homely and tastefully decorated. The much ravelled about eggs benedict is really awesome, a good selection of cerals and fruits too. No complains at all. Beautiful beach walking distance away.

  Upgrade to executive suite for no extra charge. Leisure Club facilities and very friendly and helpful staff who made you feel very welcome. Breakfasts were excellent too. We enjoyed our stay very much - Well sited in relation to Ayr town centre . Delightful views of Arran. Staff very efficient and friendly.

  Myself and my partner booked this just for a night away, the guest house is close to the train station, next to the beach and within walking distance to the town centre. The guest house was lovely, we were in room one right at the top of the stairs and it was so nice with it's on-suite and large bed. The breakfast was perfect and so much of it. Th... what people say » is is a well maintained modern guest house which was spotless and the owners certainly have high standard which is seen all around the place, I would - This place was fantastic and I will be recommending it to everyone I know. This cute b&b by the sea was very clean, the staff was extremely helpful, nice and welcoming, and the location was perfect to be able to walk to the train station and the sea. Breakfast was incredible. Waking up to the smell of a perfectly cooked Scottish breakfast was amazing. The staff was very friendly, offered suggestions on where to go, and made sure we had everything we needed. This was definitely a quality b

  This BandB is very modern, extremely clean and well run and the breakfasts are unbeatable! Excellent value for money for what is royal treatment in Ayr. I also liked the lounge which was accessible at all times and the selection of games and magazines on offer to guests. - The hotel was very neat and tidy and the toilets and the shower were excella... what people say » nt. But being disabled I had a problem entering the premises as there were no rails and it was the same in the toilet and shower areas but on the whole we managed all right

  Both my Husband and myself really enjoyed our stay at The Burnside Guest House. What a lovely welcome we received, and were given every piece of information we needed to enjoy our time there. Even my Gluten intolerance was catered for. Just wish we did not have to dash off early next morning. - Very friendly.   This must b one of the best B and B's I have every stayed at and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The owners where very helpful and the rooms are completed to a very high standard. - My stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. host very friendly and helpful, room very comfortable and clean and well decorated.
