  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Horizon. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. I thought the modern decor of the hotel was nice (considering it is an older hotel). The choice of breakfast is amazing for a small establishment and the food was lovely - all freshly made. Excellent location - minutes from beach or - The room is bright and clean. Although we had an external bathroom, there were no complaints at all because the bathroom was really huge. Quite a selection of complementry drinks in the room. Free bottle of mineral water which is uncommon for bed and breakfast. The guest house is very homely and tastefully decorated. The much ravelled about eggs benedict is really awesome, a good selection of cerals and fruits too. No complains at all. Beautiful beach walking distance away.

  We were placed in Room 5 - what an fantastic room - thankyou, just a simple point but it displays the friendliness of your reception personnel. My wife and myself went to breakfast. We then met some friends who were residents in the hotel who had missed breakfast. The gentleman on reception arranged tea and toast for which there was no charge.   Stayed here for a wedding we had locally at the weekend, villa was fresh and clean throughout. Karen was absolutely lovely and happy to help with anything. We stayed in the luxury suit and the bed was so comfortable! Best sleep we had had in ages! Would highly recommend and will be booking again if we ever stay over in yr again.

  I loved the reception I received from the owners of the property, she knew I was going to a funeral the next day and offered to drive me to the church which she did as I did not know where it was.
