Room was verycomfortable and clean and it was very close to transport around HongKong and a great location for walking to downtown Kowloon - very helpful in giving me directions and suggestions, loved the pool and pool side service

On arrival we were greeted by extremely helpful and efficient staff. We were upgraded to the 17th floor with amazing views of Victoria Harbour. Our room was luxurious, with a very comfortable bed and a well supplied bathroom. We had breakfast in the hotel and have never seen such a variety of food in a restaurant, just incredible The hotel is in a great location for shops and transport and we would certainly recommend to friends.

The staff was extremely quick in responding any request we had (such as bringing extra bottle of water, extra set of toiletries, booking a restaurant, etc..). Literally like one minute after I hung up the phone - I am certainly impressed. This is even faster compared to Grand Hyatt or Mandarin Oriental in HK. Definitely worth a praise.

The hotel has a very good location. The shops, restaurants, MTR station and the church were all walking-distance . The staff is very accommodating. Twelve members of my family checked-in, 8 adults and 4 kids. We reserved 4 rooms and we were given 2 sets of adjoining rooms, how convenient! The rooms (and bathrooms) are very clean and well-kept.

The staffs were courteous and helpful. during our stay, the hotel needed to have a temporary power outage, the details were properly explained to us during checkin, plus notices in the bedroom and TV. The location cannot be beat! 4-minutes walk to MTR station.
Our 20th floor suite with kitchenette was clean, had a comfortable king bed in a separate bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. The air conditioning worked great and helped keep the humidity down to an acceptable level, since it was pouring rain outside for the two days we were there.
The front desk, consierge and houskeeing staff were all friendly and helpful to us.
