On arrival we were greeted by extremely helpful and efficient staff. We were upgraded to the 17th floor with amazing views of Victoria Harbour. Our room was luxurious, with a very comfortable bed and a well supplied bathroom. We had breakfast in the hotel and have never seen such a variety of food in a restaurant, just incredible The hotel is in a great location for shops and transport and we would certainly recommend to friends.

The staff was extremely quick in responding any request we had (such as bringing extra bottle of water, extra set of toiletries, booking a restaurant, etc..). Literally like one minute after I hung up the phone - I am certainly impressed. This is even faster compared to Grand Hyatt or Mandarin Oriental in HK. Definitely worth a praise.

Hotel extremement bien situé à kowloo non loin du metro et au milieu deszones commerciales. Les chambres sont confortables et grandes, ce quiest rare à Hong Kong - décoration très sympa des chambres et de l'hôtel en général, moderne et très propre. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. The location cannot be beat! 4-minutes walk to MTR station.
Our 20th floor suite with kitchenette was clean, had a comfortable king bed in a separate bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. The air conditioning worked great and helped keep the humidity down to an acceptable level, since it was pouring rain outside for the two days we were there.
The front desk, consierge and houskeeing staff were all friendly and helpful to us.
