  The hotel has a very good location. The shops, restaurants, MTR station and the church were all walking-distance . The staff is very accommodating. Twelve members of my family checked-in, 8 adults and 4 kids. We reserved 4 rooms and we were given 2 sets of adjoining rooms, how convenient! The rooms (and bathrooms) are very clean and well-kept. ... what people say » To top it all, room rates are very reasonable. - The cleanliness and comfort level of the room. probably made better becoz I was upgraded to a superior room. The staffs were courteous and helpful. during our stay, the hotel needed to have a temporary power outage, the details were properly explained to us during checkin, plus notices in the bedroom and TV. This show that the hotel cares about its customers and communicated it very well.

They made Checkin - Nearly everything! The location was perfect. We brought our 7-month old baby along with her 5-year old sister, and we did not experience any difficulty getting to the train station (Tsim Tsa Tsui), buying breakfast or dinner (as hotel have family restaurants in very close proximity to it!), hailing a cab even at 11pm to go to Temple St. A real value for money. A very comfortable and pleasant stay. Wifi everywhere, which was a big plus unlike some hotels that charges you for the internet connect

  One reason my family likes The Kimberley Hotel is because of its location. It is conveniently located minutes away from the MTR station, and also Hong Kong cafeterias serving excellent food. Our suite which could accommodate three people wasn't particularly large, but the free Wi-fi was a bonus. The room was clean, and despite finding it prepared for two when we first checked in, that was quickl - The location cannot be beat! 4-minutes walk to MTR station. Our 20th floor suite with kitchenette was clean, had a comfortable king bed in a separate bedroom and a sofa-bed in the living room. The air conditioning worked great and helped keep the humidity down to an acceptable level, since it was pouring rain outside for the two days we were there. The front desk, consierge and houskeeing staff were all friendly and helpful to us.
