  THe decor of room-all the staff-especially Robert,George,Eric Kelvin and our room cleaner but all staff were lovely!!The situation in HK and the great views. - Very Central Location and all the management and staff were most helpfull.I would highly recommend the hotel.

  Great situation - value for money plus plus...great staff and an all round value for money to base yourself in Hong Kong - The comforter is very comfortable and staffs are friendly. The window is very big and the bed is beside the window.

  Very friendly and professional staff, very clean rooms, and accessibility of hotel to the bus stop and tram. That made up for the distance to walk to the MTR station. But this was ok because we ended up saving money! My reservation allowed me only a city view but we were eventually given lovely harbor view rooms. - Hotel is very nice, fresh and ... what people say » clean. Most of the rooms have at least partial harbour view. Free shuttle bus operates frequently to Macau ferry terminal and to central, which is very convinient. Dinner buffet at IP Cafe is wonderful.

  The location is good for hk. Tram stop right outside the hotel. The roomis large for hk standards and the bed is comfortable. Lots of shops andrestaurants around the hotel. - A very nice comfortable room, exceptional for the discount price. Verygood neighborhood food and more than a bargain at hk$15-25.

  Very helpful staff. Very well equipped room. Good view of the harbour, but with a western aspect, so it did not encompass Kowloon peninsula.
