  Staff very professional and personable. Matter of fact they were saavy and gracious;I have not been treated so well at an establishment in a very long time. The hotel is connected to a very efficient mall and is around the corner from the metro, shopping districts within walking distance, plenty of places to eat near by. The hotel is beautiful,cle... what people say » an, beds soft, spa excellent,gym great! etc! - I liked the Royal Plaza Hotel because the staff was quick and very efficient. Checking in and out was very easy. The room's interior was well-decorated with a big nice window but there is no view of the harbor though. There is also a mall beside the hotel so it is very convenient to buy what you need.

  The hotel is placed central in the Kowloon area and close to shopping area. The hotel is also close to the metro station which is easy to access.
