The staff were very nice and helpful espeically with getting us anothernights stay during the typhoon, pool was great. Room was verycomfortable and clean and it was very close to transport around HongKong and a great location for walking to downtown Kowloon - very helpful in giving me directions and suggestions, loved the pool and pool side service

Room design was very nice for Hong Kong hotel. Even though it was compact there was enough storage space and closets to put your bags away. Bathroom was well designed and the shower had a window and place to sit down in. TV had many English stations and the room had fast wifi. Tea and coffee facilities and minibar were also good.

me and my cousin stay here for 3 days and 2 nights. the place is very easy to find but we had a bit of difficulty finding it at first. thanks to ricky who even waited for us outside. the room is quite cozy and its really clean. even though the room is a bit small but they put everything properly. aside from ricky there is aunty whose also very friendly and welcomed us. we even left our luggages in the hallway. thanks to them.. im planning to go back next year with my nephews and ill stay her

Nearly everything! The location was perfect. We brought our 7-month old
baby along with her 5-year old sister, and we did not experience any
difficulty getting to the train station (Tsim Tsa Tsui), buying
breakfast or dinner (as hotel have family restaurants in very close
proximity to it!), hailing a cab even at 11pm to go to Temple St. A real
value for money. A very comfortable and pleasant stay. Wifi everywhere,
which was a big plus unlike some hotels that charges you for the
internet connect
