The hotel was located in Kowloon close to the Olympic MTR station (about 5 minutes walk). The rooms were only small, but I believe that this is not unusual for Hong Kong. The room was clean and tidy and well stocked with toiletries the were refreshed each day.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Our room came with included breakfast which was adequate, but somewhat limited in variety.

it is really a good hotel based on the price range of the room rate. it is not that close to the metro stn but still quite convenient cuz hk is quite small anyway. the room size is ok, will 'HK size" just enough to meet all the needs. love the shower and bathroom. showering can be really important and relaxing. clean, nice city view. Have stayed there twice already. if the price is lower, will definitely go back hk for the hotel and all the shopping there.

breakfast we ordered thru the room service was great. This hotel is
definitely way better than the other hotels/hostels in Tsim Sha Tsui
which are in the same price range. It is a great value for the money.
