  The staff were very helpful. The cable tv wasn't workiing properly andthe response was immediate from the hotel staff. They couldn't fix it ona long weekend, so we got a breakfast on the house. Appreciated. - location, rooms and service ,price

  They provide so many entertainment options. A dvd player is all ready in room so you don't feel forced to pay for movies. Free parking and breakfast which is unheard of in Seattle area. Close to interstate and busy shopping areas but rooms secluded so you don't hear traffic. Huge comfortable bed and spa bath tub. Plenty of hot water. Will stay here anytime I visit Seattle in future. - The staff was wonderful and room was great! The hotel is conveniently located right off of I-5. Would definity stay here again

  Staff who were all so pleasant and very attentive. A request for extra towels and pillows was fulfilled within minutes. The sofabed in the room to accommodate a larger family was excellent. It was the only hotel in Seattle we found that didn't require booking two rooms, therefore making the visit affordable. They were just so much prettier than any hotel I've ever seen. Puckered bed topper with a teal tree design end lay. The view was nice (even though it was the highway). The breakfast was AMAZING, hot and fresh. Access to 24-hour fitness made me feel like management of the hotel knew what they were doing and had good area business relationships.

  Beautiful, turn of the century home, wood floors, lots of antiques - just a wonderful atmosphere. The woman owner was so pleasant and accommodating. Suggested places to visit and provided breakfast every morning. Had wonderful conversation with the other guests. Just a couple minutes from downtown and Pike Place Market. By foot or by trolley bus you can easlily reach the center of Seattle, though you are in a quiet neighbourhood, living, enjoying and seeing the American life.
