They provide so many entertainment options. A dvd player is all ready in room so you don't feel forced to pay for movies. Free parking and breakfast which is unheard of in Seattle area. Close to interstate and busy shopping areas but rooms secluded so you don't hear traffic. Huge comfortable bed and spa bath tub. Plenty of hot water. Staff ready to help or answer any question. Website states checkin after 4pm but usually ready way before. Will stay here anytime I visit Seattle in future.

Room had fridge, microwave & hair dryer as well as a shower gel/shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the shower allowing the guest to travel light. Great water pressure too!! The hotel is conveniently located right off of I-5. Would definity stay here again. shuttle bus service is very helpful with friendly drivers and punctual service. staff in reception competent and patient in explaining the highlights of Seattle. The Lady in the breakfastroom was very friendly and managed to keep the crowd even during the rush-time satisfied. The "continental" breakfast included was amazing! Cold cereals, hard boiled eggs, make your own waffles, biscuits and gravy, bagels ... It was quite the spread and really good too! Friendly hotel staff. We even got to check in to our room early which was nice. Rooms were comfortable. Easy access to hwy 5 & 99. Good Indian restaurant next door (Saffron), close to a McDonalds, petrol, Starbucks, shopping plaza and 7eleven - all within walking distance. The staff was awesome, Rose, Catharine, Ricky, Raja, Gabe, Shawn they all where so nice. The rooms were clean. The access to the van downtown and helpful for my stay. Staff helped accommodate us. -Breakfast included -Pool clean and accessible -Rooms had everything we needed- mini fridge and microwave, as well as being well maintained. Everything seemed clean and tidy!. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient. The Shuttle Service was a nice extra. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. My first time staying at this hotel and I would stay there again. It was close to everything and not far from dt Seattle and room was comfortable. Rooms were comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Parking is a little tight and not assigned. You could end up parking on other side of hotel. Only complaint. Honestly, the only thing i didnt care for is that the wall separating the bathroom from the bedroom did not go all the way to the ceiling so on one hand, the shower area doesnt get over-steamed but on the other hand, nasty bathroom smells to not stay confined to the bathroom. Our room had a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom area which shared a common wall with the shower room so maybe the separation wall in other rooms is floor to ceiling. Breakfast room is too small for the peak time, however very tolerant fellow guests, efficient and nice staff and a little improvisation made it workable and acceptable for all. The cost of the transportation arranged by the hotel was far more than what we could have gotten otherwise. It was nice and convenient, but at least twice what we would have paid making our own arrangements. Only one shuttle service for such a big hotel. Requires more of this service. Our room was on ground floor at end of of complex next to a stairwell with security gates. People going let gate slam which was a bit annoying. State and Fed taxes on top of room stay was a bit exy. Bed could have been a little softer. toilet over flowed twice had to change rooms. next room fridge was broken. 3rd room was out front and was loud traffic. BUT we will be back. Breakfast room was very cramped. We had a king spa room, which would have been excellent, if the bathtub hadn't been right next to the bed. We only used the tub once because it steamed up the room so bad that we had to leave for an hour afterward. The exhaust fan does not work very well. Also, there is a glass partition between the shower/toilet area and the sleeping area. The partition does not go to the ceiling, so you feel as if you are going to the bathroom out in the open. It is a poor design that needs fixing. The breakfast room was a little crowded. Hard to squeeze around the tables. Wish the beds weren't quite so hard. The spa tub plug in our room didn't work and we ended up putting a cloth in the drain to use the tub. Also we arrived at 10pm and their computer system wasn't working properly they said and they had given our spa room away. They finally figured out a room for us but it wasn't cleaned so we had to wait to have that done. Nothing is wroing. Small breakfast room ...area is very busy , next to interstate 5. The breakfast room could stand to be cleaner. With one staff person (that's all I observed), it would be almost impossible to keep up. Earlier breakfast eaters have a cleaner situation. There was no armchair in the room, although when we asked we were told one would be delivered. Parking was a bit of a problem. There was no protein choices at the contenintal breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausages). That I could hear the people upstairs laughing, talking and ruining water. scrambled eggs were lousy. a little bit pricey. The breakfast room is very small to support the guests. My parents preferred to go to a Starbucks to get the breakfast. And on June 28th at 11:30 pm the fire alarm sounded and I was with two children that were crying all the night and slepless. Older hotel shows age in the rooms. Breakfast could have been a bit better. You could hear a lot of the traffic noise Difficult to get in and out of the parking lot - on a very busy street. Maid banging on door trying to get in every hour or so. Front Desk should inform maids of late checkouts. There helpfulness of some staff (Ricky you're great) could be mirrored throughout other staff members. I did not like the times the shuttles were set up. They should have 2 shuttles going more often to the drop off and pick up zones. We stayed on the third floor and we could hear chairs scrapping on the floor above us? We found McDonalds bag of garbage left in room behind door. The tv remote did not work. The sink would not drain. This hotel is rather looks and feels like a motel. It isn't really clean. We found some hairs in the bed and in the bathroom as well. The bed didn't look fresh.... The dining room is tiny. the T.V had on 25 channels I wanted to watch more. a lot of which where cartoons. Very noisy. Our room faced the intersection & freeway. Perhaps an even numbered room would be better. Difficult driving in & out. Staff didn't really hear real needs of client. Sorry, he was very nice but did not really 'get it'. We have stayed there many times before. Still got unsatisfactory room in a lot of ways. Could have been much better. room is too small for the proce. Breakfast complimentary but Poor Choice in the Buffet. limited parking, tons of street and construction noise, limited amenities (horrible "free" wifi). Breakfast area poorly stocked and design was horrible. Huge bottleneck in serving lines and understaffed for number of guests. Air conditioning did not work. Had to park in credit union lot a block away as lot was over crowded. Shuttle was over. Looked and unavailable. Over all not a very pleasant experience. When issues were raised management didn't seem to care. The toilet was broken and they didn't even fix it or switch our room... And this place should not be called "hip" it is outdated with some brightly painted accent walls. This is not a "hotel", the doors are exterior making it a "motel". So close to the freeway it was so noisy. I heard every bit of TV dialogue from the room upstairs. And it smelled funny. None of the words in #3 apply to Hotel Nexus. Rundown would be the closest. Got woken up by an air blower @ 6 am the employee was out there for 2hours when I tried to get his attention he pretended not to see me. the front desk staff were rude and not helpful hard to get parking. They gave my room away, which I discovered at 2am when I went to check in!! No effort to win me back as a customer.
