  On arrival i was met by a receptionist with the surname DeSpain ( a young man ) May i say that what a pleasure it was to meet such an enthusiastic guy. you should be very proud of him.   We stayed for 5 nights which gave us the opportuniy to use most of the excellent facilities at the hotel. We ate in the Restaurant a few times,had snacks in the Bar and always ended the day with a Cocktail back at the hotel. What sets this hotel apart is the amazing staff, the Reception, Concierge, Bar Staff, Restaurant Staff to the Girls in Bliss... what people say » nothing was too much trouble. Just a special mention for the concierge who arranged Ice Hockey tickets at the American Airlines Center and transport - I liked my room, and in particular the chaise lounge. The gym was well above the typical hotel gym. Fernando, the bartender, was friendly, kind and attentive. I had a wonderful stay at the W Dallas

  The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable and appeared to be recently updated. We also enjoyed going over to Palm Beach, the water park located on the property. The food in the restaurant located on the 1st floor was delicious! - Staff was on top of everything. We asked to change room and no issue they moved... what people say » us.   My stay was great. However, maybe they need to fix the door where it cant be open from the inside when the lock is on cause a 2 year old could easily slide out of the room :-( - Location convenient to the Galleria and I- 635 / us 75 convergence. Excellent breakfast buffet. (Extra cost) Large and comfortable suite rooms.

  The stay was great and all the staff was super friendly...but what I liked most was you could opt out of valet parking and park yourself for about 1/3 the cost. The self serve parking garage was only a block away and super easy to access. Just make sure you have cash or check. My total cost for 3 nights/4 days was only $27 vs. $29 per night for va... what people say » let. And the parking attendants weren't pushy and actually gave me the idea of parking at the local garage. (Hope this doesn't get them in trouble) Be - The hotel staff was very friendly, professional and courteous throughout our stay. The hotel is located on the Riverwalk and very convenient. My wife and I were very comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. We rate this hotel as excellent and definitely would choose to stay there again on our next visit.
