  The rm was very spacious and had a great view of the riverwalk. The bed was very comfortable. We had trouble with the first rm; the key card wouldn't work but front desk apologized and was very helpful with giving us another rm. - Loved the City and the hotel location.   This hotel has an excellent shuttle service for taking guests to places nearby. It took us shopping, dinner and breakfast. It was very comfortable to use it and we saved a lot of money on taxis or renting a car. The drivers were very friendly and we just had to wait a bit when they picked us up (the longest was about 20 minutes). It was clean, and quiet. There was easy access to the freeways, 10 minutes from downtown. 15 minutes from the airport on Sunday morning at 8 am.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Our first time in Dallas, went to football game. They helped us with taxis and restaurants. - Room was modern , well appointed and very clean. Food was good and restaurant personnel were excellent.

I received some breakfast coupons (b/c I had switched from a non- smoking to a smoking room), but could not use them because I had work conference calls in the morning. I went to the reception in an attempt to change them over to lunch vouchers, and the representative understood my s... what people say » ituation and replaced the breakfast voucher for lunch ones. Kudos to the staff! - Beautiful and very pleasant. Everyone was so helpful. Bell men took care of us very well. I wish I had gotten their names but unfortunately I failed to get the names. We plan on putting Austin as our yearly vacation with our grandchildren.

  We stayed at this hotel while my sister was having tests and lots of appointments at a nearby medical center. The beds were really comfortable, and having a kitchen was a great bonus. The shuttle provided to local shopping (target, a grocery store) meant we could easily buy food for the week that we were there. The pool area was nice to sit in ... what people say » and get some fresh air. We even brought our dinner out there one night! - The staff. Front desk was awesome! The hotel was booked full, long line of people checking in and 1 lady handled everyone with a smile, pleasant attitude, and she made it appoint to acknowledge and apoligize to everyone for the wait.. Dealing with her in the beginning of my stay made it all worth it. I believe her name is Jamie

Then, at the time of check out a sewing kit was provided after the strap of my shirt broke.   Enjoyed everything about this hotel, except parking.....Employees were fantastic and helpful, This is a get away from workinf to many hours for both my wife and myself...We plan on repeating our stay..And when friends come to visit this is where we will book their stay.. - Location was excellent and staff were very nice and friendly

  I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Anatole. Had an upper level corner room so I had an great view of the city from my room. The ser Steakhouse on the 27th floor was nice (pricey of course...$98.00 For two). We had a great window seat with an amazing view of the city skyline near the American Airlines Arena area. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will defin - When checking in , I was asked by a gentlemen named Albert what was the reason of our trip. I stated it was my husband & I 24th wedding Anniversary, which he stated I will give you a upgrade. Come to find out we were upgraded from a one bedroom to a 3 bedroom presidential suite for no additional charge!! This was the biggest & nicest hotel room I have ever seen!! I would like to say Thank You to Hilton & staff for a very wonderful & enjoyable stay!
