There was a slight mix up with our room assignment. We booked a Q suite but were reserved a Q double. The staff was professional and apologetic and they were able to correct the situation.
The room was spacious enough for 6 of us to maneuver comfortably when sofa bed was compacted.

This was our first stay at Microtel and it will not be our last. We
thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay. Bed was comfortable and the
breakfast was a lovely surprise. It was especially nice to have bananas
for our cereal and boiled eggs, which is very European.

very friendly and courteous staff, rooms very clean. Needed to replace our blowdryer at 10:00 p.m., staff was there within 10 minutes with a new one. Staff was always available and very visible in lobby to greet you as you came in and went out. Conceirge was wonderful. Great stay, great hotel. - very nice and clean! The elevators were excellent---

This is a good alternative to visit nyc if you are not to pay over $200
for their overpriced hotels.The hotel is 10 miles north of Manhattan -
20 min ride by car. You can park at Bronx and take the subway. Our room
11 was clean and comfy. The only concern was the poor wall noise
insulation but if you are lucky to have good neighbors it is ok. -
