What did I like? Just about everything! The front desk staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The restaurant "Serafina" was excellent. The beds were heavenly (like sleeping in a big cloud), and the bathrooms were clean, well-appointed and modern. Loved the soap/shower gels/shampoo provided. Great location. Nice, helpful staff at the front door. Would definitely stay at the Dream again.

The room was very nice and cleanand it did not feel like a hotel room at all, more like an apartment.The breakfast was delicious and once again the staff was very friendly. The apples on my pillows in the evening were a nice touch. The turn down service at night . When we came back to our room after a hard days shopping the bed would be turn back and an apple left on the pillow, staff was great,. They have not process my booking proerly, I aske for 2 rooms and only one was book which created problem to relocate my friend. Valet parking - there was not a lot of space to pull up to the hotel and no one was outside to help you. The couch was a little uncomfortable. The club upsatirs was very good but for a quite drink downstairs the music was really loud which made it a bit difficult for conversation!. Bit pricey, but worth it. cost. small room. If it were my hotel, I would pad the corners of the bed frames. I cameback with bruises on both my shins from bumping into both corners -which were visually obscured by the bedding. Other than that -everything was great.i wish the room was bigger. little pricey. Price. noise pollution in our first room. My room was a bit run-down in the bathroom - water damage in the drywall - Shower tile wanted re-grouting, Basin sink was hard to get to - had to place head under overhanging glass and steel shelf. Duvet on bed was way to much cover for the summer - constant in and outof cover to cool off. It would be fine in cool weather. The bathroom was small (we had a large king sized room) sadly the bath was too small to use as a bath, which was a shame.Loved it all!!. The hotel is noisy; one hears one's neighbours and the street. Better isolation would be appreciated.
