  Location. It had everything you need for a fun vacation... indoor pool, hot tub, sports bar, pool table and darts, and gift shop. The restaurant food was wonderful with our meals overflowing the plates. The room was updated and clean, and the best was the friendly staff. They deducted the cost of 1 night's stay from our bill (although we did not ask them for a refund), and moved us to another room due to an electric socket issue. Staff on desk extremely helpful. Hotel only a 5 minute walk away from falls. Bedding, pillows and towels all beautiful.

  It was so close to Shea's that we could walk to our event. They gave us a room right by the icemachine and elevators as we requested. nice lobby to relax in. - Staff were awesome. Second time there second time impressed.

  We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room... what people say » . Less than 2 blocks from subway entrance and 10 minute ride to Times Square. Barclay Center can be seen from hotel window and a 10 min walk away. - We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially thought Victor Balbi was most helpful, patient and accommodating with our needs for directions in getting around the City by Subway and planning our day sight seeing ny. He was always so pleasant & greeted us with his wonderful smile & friendly greeting when we got back from our day's outing. He certainly made our stay & visit to ny pleasant & enjoyable.   The woman who was at the desk was outstanding. Helpful, pleasant. We loved everything about the Comfort Inn here. Form the moment we checked in to the time to depart we were treated like welcomed guests! I know if we have to stay in the area again that hotell has our business. - I really like the cleanliness of the room considering the value paid ... what people say » for.   I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision.   I had stayed here before and they had mixed up our reservation. This time I emailed the General Manager directly to ensure that we got the room we had booked. My daughter and son-in-law also booked. The gm ensured me that not only would we get the rooms we booked, we would get adjoining rooms - which we did. All to say, i'm impressed with the 'per... what people say » sonal' touch! - I loved the complimentary coffee, cheese & crackers in the lobby. Loved the free breakfast. Loved the friendly staff. Loved all the quiet spots available for quiet conversations throughout the hotel.
