I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision. They gentleman behind the desk tried to put us as far from them as possible. I love the room...all the round inside the hotel very comfy and luxurious...like an expensive hotel...the pool was great too...and the most important that you accept my liitle doggy Princess...as a guest too....
all reviews » Staff was awesome. Room included little extras that were nice. Room was recently renovated, clean, beautiful, large VERY comfortable bed, great view. Have stayed at this hotel many times. Everything about this hotel is excellent! Look forward to staying again in july. Clean,good located,staff were very friendly and helpful. The only think that I was upset was the gift shop that is inside the hotel that they put they will be back at 11am and was 11:30 and not openend on the time that they put at door...I know that not your fault buth is inside your hotel and thats speak about yours....I was looking to buy some things and gat to left woth out that...dissapointed with the store.... The walls were like paper. Could hear ppl in the hall and in next room. no fridge in the room. Congested bathroom. Off hand I can't think of one thing I didn't like. Cost of room should be lowered. Weeknight stay should be no more that $100/night. The one bedside lamp did not work. this hotel used to have a complimentary breakfast and now it is not offered. House keeping went door to door at 8:15 waking people to see if we were checked out. This was not welcome with children sleeping that had been up late. Other guests seemed to feel the same way, a bit early to wake people. I paid for an upgrade which included breakfast; what a mess. Small room, full of people, nobody cleaning up (customers nor staff). Terrible breakfast experience. a bit pricy. the way of the employee answer me when i asked her for towels because they didn't put in the room. they didn't enforce rule of no more than 4 in a room. Next door, there was a party there and more than 4 people in the room. Was noisy, and I did complain and someone came down to tell them to be quiet,. Your price was 332 for 2 nights and they charged my credit card $374. Parking. none so far. Housekeeping staff. They did not replenish our towels or toiletries in the proper amount. Everyday we were shorted either towels, shampoos, soaps, etc. and we had to call the front desk for them. Finally, the microwave worked intermittently and the shower dripped a lot. I didn't like the fact i had to pay for parking, and for 250.00 a day I have stayed at better for alot less. no breakfest for that amount of money. room average and pool in poor condition. would not stay there again. View out of window was looking straight at roof top machinery. I have paid a lot less for much better views. Bathrooms - Not well equipped for a Sheraton hotel after paying $200 per night. The hotel was dull even though they had displayed that it was renovated, didn't look like that. that the restaurant stopped serving breakfast at 10 to 11 in the morning and would not let us have any. n also every time we were in the elevator it was dirty. there was a dirty glass sitting in the hallway across from our room for the whole day and evening. there was also a crate with some flat screen t.v.'s that had been sitting in the corridor for the whole day and into the evening. staff and front desk and several other issues I would like to discuss with someone over the phone. Please have someone call me at 616-450-9105. Room 396, you have to walk a mile to your room, no one asked to carry luggages to the room and we had seven luggages. The luggages dont even roll on the floors as they are covered with carpets. But I am not sure if you have a better option. Charges, no reciept upon awakening, was over charged for the room. Waiting to have initial delosit removed from cc. TV did not work.......called, maint not available @ time !!. Had a suite, very nice except for a large spider just above to toilet paper roll when I checked the bathroom. Old furniture. No food service,Fridays was so poorly run we left. I have reservation for 2 rooms @3.00 PM I get there on time after 9 hours driving from Indianapolis and there is no rooms ready for us we have to sit in the car until 5.30 pm we call the the main office there is no help. The hotel was dated and worn down. We were located on 2 different floors. The shower did not work properly in our room. The AC unit was budget make and very very noisey The view of large flat leisure centre roof was awful. The swimming pool was wrecked! With No change facilities near pool. Facility wise, it is not more than better a motel. Asked $20 to keep my toddlers milk cool. :-(. The staff was not too good.And their was a powershutdown happended and no body was their for informing us the situation untill we check with somebody .and they dont know what was the reason for the powershutdown. Had to wait to get a room for an hour and that was @ 4:00pm the tv was not working in our room and they put us in the worst room they had ... very expensive stay for a lousy stay. dirty and noisy hotel.v. room very small,awfull view, very old hotel, few services.
