It was my daughter and son's first trip to NYC and coming by train it was a very convenient location. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and locked our luggage after check-out so we could sightsee. The beds are extremely comfortable, room was clean and I felt very safe travelling alone with two young children (10 and 5yrs). and considerate. Mohammed was one of the gentlemen in the lobby. He
stored our luggage so we could go ahead and go site-seeing while we
waited on our room. When the room was ready Kathia was very quick to
finish the paperwork and get us checked in. Instead of waiting for our
luggage, Mohammed told us to go on up to the room and he would bring it
up for us.
