The room was spacious and comfortable. The shuttle service to and from NY was excellent. Friendly staff, comfort, proximity to Manhattan. Everything was OK, staff very friendly and helpfull, room very comfortable and clean. Possibilities to order food from neighbour restaurants such as chineese. nice hotel, good staff and beautiful room. convenient shuttle service to the heart of times square.

The noise of the lift (our room was just next to the lift). not as close to amenities as we were led to believe. missed good english breakfast.the staffs of the hotel shuttle service was rude and did not speak English. The restaurant upstairs was horrible. No pool. Public Transport not too close to hotel.had a hard time getting there; it was impossible to get help from the hotel because of wrong phone number published on booking.com. Little information from the staff on reception. They directed me to the internet. I do not do internet very well and wanted to talk to a person.It must be noted that one shouldn't use it to commute to NYC. You have to rely on a limited overpriced shuttle which makes it frustrating. However there are buses that leave from Port Authority that make returning slightly easier (125; that leave about every 30 mins - last buses 2330, and 0040). If NYC is your propose, find something in Manhattan; it will be worth the price difference!. The wireless internet in the rooms weren't working during my stay and that was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, so I was a little disappointed.they didn´t tell us by phone that they could pick us up at the airport, stuff has a many poor english speaking people from latin america.
