  We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room... what people say » . The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially thought Victor Balbi was most helpful, patient and accommodating with our needs for directions in getting around the City by Subway and planning our day sight seeing ny.   When we arrived (about 10:30pm)the gentleman was very friendly and accomodating..upgraded our room which turned out to be perfect with lots of room. Because we were not there for business or pleasure but for our daughter who will be having medical treatments for the next 6mths.. the manager suggested working with us on the price if we continued to... what people say » stay at their hotel, which was something we were hoping for. Very awesome. Breakfast had a good variety and surroundings were very clean in room,hall - Loved it! The Condor is truly a small diamond in the rough of Brooklyn. The patio in the back is a great asset, as is the free breakfast. Will definitely return if my daughter attends Pratt.
