We liked very much the hotel: The staff was great and very supportive,the room was nicely designed, the global atmosphere very positive andthe location exceptionnal as it is only a few blocks from the subway. There was a blackboard and chalks in the bathroom and Henry Miller quotes on the corridor walls. Cool and artsy in a very Brooklynese way, loved it! Another guest review says the neighborhood is rundown, it's not. It's racially mixed and young, but not rundown at all.

The staff was some of the friendliest and helpful I have ever
experienced. They constantly went above and beyond with genuine personal
attention, friendly greetings everywhere you turned and made sure we
were taken care of no matter what it was we needed.

The facilities were beautiful. Everything was very modern and clean.
From the moment we stepped into the lobby, it was pleasant (there was a
nice vanilla scent to the waiting area). The close proximity to metro
stations, starbucks, restaurants, and shops was also quite convenient.
Overall, the staff was extraordinary. They were super friendly and
helpful in terms of dining recommendations and transportation. Keith was

We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn. The staff was very
friendly and helpful. We especially thought Victor Balbi was most
helpful, patient and accommodating with our needs for directions in
getting around the City by Subway and planning our day sight seeing ny.
He was always so pleasant & greeted us with his wonderful smile
& friendly greeting when we got back from our day's outing. He
certainly made our stay & visit to ny pleasant & enjoyable. Paul

Loved it! The Condor is truly a small diamond in the rough of Brooklyn.
Incredibly clean, comfortable, and accommodating. Especially
appreciated John at the front desk, and his help with public transit
directions. All of the desk staff were great. The patio in the back is
a great asset, as is the free breakfast. Will definitely return if my
daughter attends Pratt.

The staff was very friendly, especially the bell hops and front desk
clerk. We had a tv issue and they were in our room in 2 minutes after
the call to fix it. Despite what you read on some reviews, the elevator
wasn't that slow. Plus, it is New York, learn to wait sometimes. We
had a good view of lower Manhattan and the river. The room was very
clean and can best be described as efficient in design. Perfect walking
