  All of the staff members I had contact with were helpful and respectful. They helped us find food, transportation, and made us feel extremely comfortable. This was my first time being in charge of a trip and they did an excellent job helping me and making me feel comfortable and confident. - Hotel was remodeled nicely, lighting and colors good. ... what people say » Balcony a great plus.
