  The staff was wonderful and the whole experience was just great. The room was a perfect size and spotless. In fact my room was kept up throughout the whole day. The location was perfect. They made wonderful suggestions and followed up with reservation for us. They could not have been more helpful or friendly!   The room was small but very clean. The bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom had extra towels which was quite nice. The location of the hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping and sight seeing. Subways are around the corner. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, and we did not feel out of place with our 4 boys aged 11-20. It was expensive, but then everything in New York is expensive! It's not a typical hotel, each room is actually just a very small space of floor which is taken mostly of the bed and just a small cupboard, and the room is separated from the others just by a tiny wall. Never a piece of trash left behind or stray bugs in sight (considering the place is in china town). The beds were like sleeping on clouds and the pillows where so soft and comfortable. Nice clean bathrooms and very spacious rooms. The staff was always friendly and willing to help us get around to any place
