The staff is extremely polite, professional, helpful and friendly. They remember you by name.
The rooms are very comfortable for their size, very modern and clean.
The hotel's ambience, while trendy and modern, remains unpretentious and warm - great choice of music. The small size of the overall hotel (55 rooms) allows them to take good care of their guests.
Nice location (SoHo, NoLita, Chinatown). Easy to get around by foot, and to various subway stations.

Great location for shopping next to Soho and Broadway. Good dining options and places to go out for drinks and live music within 20min walking distance. Room was good, and although nothing exciting, it was clean with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom where all worked fine. WiFi also worked fine with good bandwidth in our room. All in all really good value for money for NYC. Stayed at hotel for the 3rd time and would definitely come again

The room was small but very clean. The bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom had extra towels which was quite nice.
The location of the hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping and sight seeing. Subways are around the corner.
The staff is very polite and lets you know to call them if you need anything. -

Liked the green glass serenity in bustling China Town and the wall of
windows looking out at New York. The rooms are compact but luxurious,
the bathrooms are huge. Everything is still shiny and new and
it's a bargain. The location is fantastic for those who want to
explore downtown from the wtc to China Town to Soho and the Village.
It's surrounded by lighting stores, restaurant supply outlets and

This hotel is almost so perfect, so it becomes in fact boring. How is that five star hotels still can't understand to threat guest as individuals? When you have answered the same standard questions if everything is great a hundreds times from every staff in just a four day short visit, it becomes less funny. Different individuals are intresting, perfect robotized hotels are not.

actually just a very small space of floor which is taken mostly of the
bed and just a small cupboard, and the room is separated from the others

This place can only be as good as the people who stay there - the walls
between rooms in the sleeping area don't reach the ceiling and every
sneeze is audiable to everyone (you can't hear check-in counter or
lobby area, as they are in a different room). During my stay, the hotel
was fully booked and the guests were backpackers from Canada, us and
Europe. All guests were very quiet and considerate of others. I usually

We found the hotel friendly, clean, comfortable and quiet. Just one subway to and from midtown. There was lots to eat at breakfast and we always got a table. We faced south and had a good view of the downtown skyscrapers and the Manhattan Bridge. The room was small, but adequate for our needs.

Ho apprezzato l'alto rapporto qualita prezzo se si pensa ai prezzi di NY.La posizione ottimale, raggiungibile in pochi minuti di metropolitana e il fatto che tutto risulta nuovo perche appena ristrutturato - il silenzio poiché si trova in una zona tranquilla, e la zona è comunque abbastanza centrale con soprattutto la subway a pochi passi.

Absolutely everything was amazing! The room was amazingly clean. As a
couple with a 12 month old who requires crawling all day, the room
needed to be exceptionally clean and it was just that. Never a piece of
trash left behind or stray bugs in sight (considering the place is in
china town). The beds were like sleeping on clouds and the pillows where
so soft and comfortable. Nice clean bathrooms and very spacious rooms.
