Hotel was outstanding. Very well decorated with lovely furniture and very comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and hotel was in a good location, out of the city centre but easily accessible to anywhere via taxi or the metro underground. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by a friendly and professional staff named Joe. We had called earlier that am prior to boarding our flight to get an early check in time with success. This hotel was exactly what we were looking for with less volume of people in and out of it for the NY Marathon weekend. The restaurant right next door had nice organic food choices and we loved that we did not have to go out in the cold and could walk straight through the lobby to dine.

I liked the location of the hotel, the room was nice with a very comfortable bed and pillow and great view of the City from the 20th floor. The staff were very good also. We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room
