At check-in the staff was extremely helpful and, when no parking spots were available, they showed where to find free parking and then another ramp to park as well. The events hosted by the hostel were outstanding as well, the pub crawl, evening grill out, and the Hawks parade viewing of course. Overall, this hostel is straightforward and simple, no tricks, in a fun and happening Lincoln Park neighborhood, and I know this is my new go to place to stay when I return to Chicago for future trips.

Great room - remodeled recently and very clean. Fantastic rate and free parking worth about $40 in Chicago and 2 free breakfasts at the restaurant worth about $15. - The entire staff was very cordial, friendly and helpful. The accommodations were excellent for the money and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

The front desk staff was attentive and knowledgable. Claire was especially helpful. The bell staff and concierge were awesome. Paul Taylor and Gabriel were so helpful.
