We were visiting Baltimore for our fifth wedding anniversary. When I mentioned it to the lady checking us in she put us in a room with a full harbor view and later they brought a small choc cake to our room. The staff and the hotel were fantastic. I can not sleep without a white noise and they searched high and low to find me a fan that I think came from an employee's office. The breakfast buffet was delicious and all the service was excellent.

Staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Room was clean and well appointed. 2 queen beds and sofa bed were perfect for 3 friends staying together. Hotel was quiet. Coffee and breakfast were very good. Lobby was clean and comfortable. Easy access to all transportation. Harbor was was short walk away. -

Location is great. Easy walking distance t inner harbor and little
Italy. Although valet parking is a bit pricey they were very efficient

The location was a couple of blocks and a five minute walk from the
inner harbor. Our room (901) had plenty of space and was pretty quiet
(except for the usual city truck noises and sirens). Breakfast was good

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone had a smile on their face and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.
We were upgraded to a suite, everything was very clean and the buffet breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baltimore Inner Harbor. It is close to everything , lots of great restaurants nearby.
