  We were plesantly surprised with our accomodations based on reviews we saw. We had an end room so noise wasn't a problem. The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel gym was great, though one of the attendants was a little intrusive and wouldn't let us work out in peace. Luckily, he was only there one day. The location was great! We had a problem with our original room and they were more than happy to move us to and offer my family an upgrade. The access to the inner harbor was excellent .

  The "room" was an entire apartment consisting of a relatively large living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom; the kitchenette had a microwave, large fridge, and coffee machine and even provided popcorn, coffee, and tea for free.   The location was a couple of blocks and a five minute walk from the inner harbor. Our room (901) had plenty of space and was pretty quiet (except for the usual city truck noises and sirens). Breakfast was good with plenty of food (waffles, bagels, eggs, sausage, cereal, oj, apple juice, yogurt, apples, oranges, bananas, etc. The staff was very fri... what people say » endly and always said hello. - The staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone had a smile on their face and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. We were upgraded to a suite, everything was very clean and the buffet breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baltimore Inner Harbor. It is close to everything , lots of great restaurants nearby.

  We were visiting Baltimore for our fifth wedding anniversary. When I mentioned it to the lady checking us in she put us in a room with a full harbor view and later they brought a small choc cake to our room. The staff was very nice especially the doorman he made us feel right at home.
