The staff was very nice and helpful. Our iron in the room was not working and immediately someone brought a new one to our room. Our room was neatly cleaned every day. The hotel provides towels and beach chairs for the beach. The food at the hotel was great especially the strawberry margaritas!! I loved the Beacon Hotel and I would definitely stay

- Very clean. Our room was cleaned everyday.

- Helpfull employees (one of our cards didn't open the door, it was changed very fast; I was thirst at 3am, and they got me water - there wasn't room service)

The hotel's motto was "yes is the answer", what's your question ? The staff is friendly and professional especially those that work the front desk like Carol, Liam, Axel and William. There is always a bowl of "help yourself" fruit in the lobby along with USA Today Newspapers. Whether you choose continental breakfast or the upgrade breakfast, both hit the spot. The outdoor pool is nice but the hotel is downtown and a row of hedges separates the pool from the sidewalk.

Excellent location at quieter end of Ocean Drive but within easy walking distance of everything .
Receptionist Mary was very friendly and happily changed our room on request to an ocean view. Our new room was amazing ! Very large bed, excellent view of pool and ocean, must have been the honeymoon suite !
Lovely pool , ideal for the whole family.
Private exit to area of beach with sun beds and umbrellas and an attendant .
Would recommend this hotel with no hesitation and definitely stay there a

It was a rather old-fashioned, charming hotel. Very close to the beach and boardwalk. Good value. The breakfast was basic but good. The staff was accomodating. I felt that I was quite lucky in my last minute choice and plan to stay there again on my next visit. - upgraded and staff v accomdating, breakfast was good for price
