  We have stayed at the lotus twice out of the three times we have visited Dubai, fantastic location, exceptional staff and management. We got our dates wrong and had to check out a day earlier than expected and although our rooms were non-refundable, the management agreed to a refund. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff and our every need was catered for, first class hotel in our opin - The location is great, as I like to be in the Dubai Marin area. Hotel staff is both profetional and friendly. Hotel amenities are good and rooms are beautifully furnished. There are supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, Fish & Chips all in the the area. Idefiantly going to come back and highly recommend this hotel.

  Room was very clean and spacious. Although the restaurant was not yet operational I found the staff very courteous and professional. - pleasant surprise, 3 mo old hotel. Staff very courteous. Room nice and fresh, amenities nice. Free wifi internet was fast.

  I liked everything about the hotel! Startin with the staff, always very helpful with everything i requested them. Also always paying attention in evertyhing i needed to make my stay even better. Breakfast excellent and really complete. The beach, pool and beach service excellent. Spacious room and bathroom, super clean, and couldnt be more comfort... what people say » able.
