I liked everything about the hotel! Startin with the staff, always very helpful with everything i requested them. Also always paying attention in evertyhing i needed to make my stay even better. Breakfast excellent and really complete. The beach, pool and beach service excellent. Spacious room and bathroom, super clean, and couldnt be more comfortable. The staff are always very helpful with everything I requested them and they are paying attention to everything I need to make my stay even better. Breakfast was awesome and a lot of food you just can't finish it. I love the spacious apartment. The private beach is fantastic....and the location is more than great Residence is located at the famous JBR Walk with restaurants and shops made it better. I enjoyed so much my stay there and wou. The location is great, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the locality if you don't want to use the variety of restaurants and menus in the resort. Also the beach and the swimming pools provide a nice and relaxing experience. The suite we had was spacious and well serviced, although the freezer never did produce ice. However our stay was very enjoyable. i thought the staff went out of there way for some of my requests...the room was very nice with plenty of room...the breakfast was awesome. The hilton residence is part of the hilton hotel and there facilties are shared. So you only have to cross the street and enter the hilton grab a beach towel and head to a deck chair and umbrella and enjoy the beach!. Best value for money in terms of facilities and location. Everything about this hotel is Great. The location is outstanding because it's on the JBR, the sea view is so marvelous. The staff were prompt, friendly and very helpful. The apartment was so big and beautiful clean the bed was so very comfortable. Food is good and it's a lot. When I checked out on 24th of Sep, the receptionist gave me an invoice for only the balance amount, because I pre paid my stay before arrival. The reception staff arranged a bigger room for me with no additional charges. The self parking was convenient, there was always room to park the car even after midnight. The staff were so lovely, they gave us early checkin at 7am. They left us a chocolate cake, sparkling drink and petals on the bed for our honeymoon. The location and breakfast were great. Would definately stay here again. We liked the spacious apartment and the fantastic service we received. Private beach and that the hotel is located at the famous JBR Walk with restaurants and shops made it better. We stayed there with my trainer for a week and really enjoyed the stay,great hospitality,apartment huge,windbreaker restaurant very good...would definately come back. Staff were very helpful, flexible and cheerful. Really pleasant staff. Everyone we met were very nice. Apt. was very large and ample towles and toiletries. Location, location, location. A whole eight days in shorts and sandals, without driving anywhere. JBR is full of good quality reasonably priced restaurants. In such a great hotel, It wouldnt kill them to include free wi fi inside the rooms, considering its 2013 in the internet era. Getting down to the lobby everytime I needed to use my laptop was not so comfortable after all... I went in Ramadan... it has nothing to do with Hilton, but beware when planning a trip to Dubai. dont go during ramadan, and also careful with the temperatures... July 53 degree celsius everyday!. One thing I did not like is the internet was in very high cost. The wireless could be available for free inside the hotel room. I think that having paid over £2,500 for a week, to be required to either sit in the lobby (where it is free) or pay £100 for wi fi in the room, is a bit rich! Also the elevators are somewhat inefficient. The internet is very expensive inside the room. One hour AED 50, One day AED 100. Plus its slow. Given that prestigous cars are common near the hotel area, their engine noise often beats your sound-proof room. Slow elevators during peak-hours. Building work in front of hotel-not hotels fault. Didnt hear any noise with the double glazing. The construction near the hotel, but it didnt affect us cause there were no disturbing noise. Rooms were dark; Some light bulbs out which added to the darkness; No sponge, dish cleaning liquid or paper towles in kitchen. Kitchen sparsely kitted out with cooking utensils. Elevators are atrocious. Long delays. They are obviuosly not programmed for optimization. - We upgraded to take the sea view which cost us around 230 AED for each night. - We wait about 2 hours for the room to be ready. Sound system doesn't support all kind of smart phones . Nothing. There are too few elevators for the number of rooms and you wait for ages. the showers leave a lot to be desired, rubbish in such a high quality hotel. response to telephone queries to room service or reception was not quick. Poor reception help with the bags. Had to wait for long time for our bags to be taken to our rooms. Too many guests and few helpers. No one even to help you with the door if you are carrying a bag or pushing a stroller. We booked to enjoy pool with the kids, but found out that the infant pool was not heated and was very cold. Nobody could use it. The value big change within hours although I was trying to book at the same time I arrived. Nothing. No Wifi in rooms, hard to find a taxi to leave the area, Only 3 elevators in the main lobby which take forever to arrive,. Pillows and beds were not of usual high standards and no pillow menu/options. Beach sports were over priced to the extent where the staff have little to do. Lower the prices and people will participate. 1.Few lefts I.E. long waiting time. 2.no wi-fi in the apartments although it says free wi-fi on letsbookhotel.com 3.late check in time. one of the toilets wasn't clean enough at check in but we called the reception and they rectified the problem immediately. There is no free wi-fi in the rooms. And the price for 24 hours or per hour is high. - cigarette smell in my non-smoking room. Staff were very disorganised, check in took such a long time, even when there was only 1 person in front of us it took 20 minutes. Some construction noise. Surrounding streets are a mess due to construction. The Internet is very expensive, and there is no warm water, only hot or cold -.- if you want to make it in the middle you have to wait for 5 or 10 minutes .. about the hotel:small swimmingpool and restricted hall about the city: nothing. No free internet in the rooms. Congested elevators, with a lot of "wait time" to catch an elevator. Check out was long!. Ridiculous wifi charges. AED 100 per day - as much as I pay a month at home. Free, low grade wifi in the lobby, but the lobby is crowded and small. The room smelt of drains sometimes during the day, and the sheets had to be asked to be changed as they smelt awful. The bed and sofas were a bit firm but comfortable enough where I did not lose sleep. Overall very spacious hotel. Extremely friendly staff and conveniently located to beach and restaurants. Busy elevators. Had to change apartment due to cigarette smoke odor in our non-smoking apartment. - shower tub. Better replace with walk-in shower with sitting bench - Listed TV Programs not much and is awkward to manuever. Absolutely nothing.
