  We have stayed at the lotus twice out of the three times we have visited Dubai, fantastic location, exceptional staff and management. We got our dates wrong and had to check out a day earlier than expected and although our rooms were non-refundable, the management agreed to a refund. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff and our every need was catered for, first class hotel in our opin - The location is great, as I like to be in the Dubai Marin area. Hotel staff is both profetional and friendly. Hotel amenities are good and rooms are beautifully furnished. There are supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, Fish & Chips all in the the area. Idefiantly going to come back and highly recommend this hotel.

  I liked everything about the hotel! Startin with the staff, always very helpful with everything i requested them. Also always paying attention in evertyhing i needed to make my stay even better. Breakfast excellent and really complete. The beach, pool and beach service excellent. Spacious room and bathroom, super clean, and couldnt be more comfort... what people say » able. I enjoyed so much my stay there and would go back without hasitation. Also the Walk full of places to eat, the metro 7 min walk distance, the bi - This "Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Residence" is great I love it. The staff are always very helpful with everything I requested them and they are paying attention to everything I need to make my stay even better. Breakfast was awesome and a lot of food you just can't finish it. I love the spacious apartment.
