A staff encountered we very nice and polite.
2 Bedroom apartment was spacious, and beds/pillows and were really comfy.
My wife loved the spa.
The location is close to metro, creek, reasonably large/new Al Guhrair mall and Spinneys.
Use of PC in business lounge was free (but not internet).
Gym/Pool (2 number), we nice. quiet and sufficient sun beds.

The cleanliness was commendable. I liked the fact that they cleaned the
rooms whenever prompted, the staff were courteous and always ready to
help. We requested change in the weighing scale in the bathroom and it

The staff were very attentive without being intrusive. The golf course was superb. The restaurant was excellent value for money. We put this hotel at the top of our list whilst we were travelling around Australia and Dubai. Attention to detail was second to none, even bathroom scales - which we dare not use!! We had a 6 day stay at this wonderful hotel. I really appreciated the fact that we were checked in at 6.00am when we arrived, we didn't have to wait till check-in time. I stayed in one bed room apartment.Location is a steps far away from mall of the Emirates. Every thing is new, I felt that I'm the first guest at the room, like kitchen wares and electric appliances. Towels , living area, sofa, bed all are brand new. Staying was a nice experience, try it before rooms worn out. I didn't eat there to tell my opinion

Both me and the girlfriend have stayed at the hotel for a period of 5 days and it was overall an excellent experience. Even though there was a major construction happening in the area around the hotel which also ruined the beach view, we were still happy with the pool available in the hotel and the other facilities like the bar and restaurants. The breakfast was impressive with lots of selection. And the staff was very helpful. Room was big, comfortable and very clean.

First time in Dubai so we wanted to stay in the old town. Room was spacious and bed very comfortabe, with AC. The location was great, 3min walk to the Deira Palm Metro (Very easy to figure out). 10-15min walk to the gold souks. The Double Decker tour bus collected us at 9:30am from the hotel.
