The rooms are tastefully decorated and aimed towards comfort. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean. The hotel's location makes it a prime spot for embarking on the tourist hot spots if desired or if not the staff in - I was my first visit to Dubai so not sure where to stay and on first arriving at the hotel it is sort of between the Old City and the New City. However I bought a 2 day Big Bus hop-on-hop-off Pass and the location proved to be excellent as the Banjuman Mall only 5 min walk from the hotel was a point where you could pickup both the Red Route and the Blue Route for the Big Bus.   spa facilities 3 bedrooms for 2 people arranged at desk (after booked 2 individual rooms thinking that unmarried couples could not share the same room!!!). extra helpful staff - Staff were very good and assisted us with the children when needed without having to ask. The apartment rooms were huge and gave the children plenty of room to move.

  The receptionists are wonderful, I did not feel lonely one bit, the hotel taxi man, cant remember his name, he drives a hummer, he took me round dubai and never got tired of taking pictures of me which is great as a solo traveller, I got lot of wonderful pictures thanks to him. It is a wonderful hotel with warm people, i will go there over and over again. - It is close to the metro station. The rooms are really nice and comfortable. They had breakfast there for a good price. Aileen at the front desk really helped us by suggesting and booking the desert safari for us. She and Pappu also went out of their way to organise us transport to the airport on short notice on a friday before 1. And the driver shahJohon was really friendly and helpfull.
