spa facilities 3 bedrooms for 2 people arranged at desk (after booked 2 individual rooms thinking that unmarried couples could not share the same room!!!). extra helpful staff. Staff were very good and assisted us with the children when needed without having to ask. The apartment rooms were huge and gave the children plenty of room to move. I like the location, friendiliness and promptitude of the staff. The cleaners are always around to clean-up the rooms and change the beddings.
all reviews » I recomende it for families, but the location is alittel pit far away from mall of emirates and dubai mall,, in general it is very good,,. Liked the fact that they attended to all my questions regarding the environment. I.e, transport and directions. The shuttle service - next time I'll make sure to request it when I arrive as well as when I leave. I loved the helpful staff. All smiles and nothing too much trouble, just really nice. Requested if we could check in early due to an early flight and this was arranged. Facilities here are superb. The rooms are thoroughly clean and very comfortable. This is not correct. I mean guests should be allowed to come and meet up in the room also. nothing i can recall.
