  We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the food was great. What a great hotel and we'd definitely stay there for our next t - The hotel staff were merry and friendly and I did like that the receptionist got me checked in in my room even though I was early. The room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge me a penny. The hotel afford to keep my luggage safe after check out bcs I had to go somewhere and get back later to get them, which was great. The check out was

  Friendly staff is a much advantage as hospitality for any business. But, friendliness will not last long unless they are paid well by the management. So to keep up the current hospitality and friendliness of your hotel staff, do pay well and give them as per the local countries standards and rules. Staffs were not racist, but need extra attention... what people say » on professionalism in terms of gesture and welcoming. Good hotel for couples and solo travelers who are not fanatically religious. Indeed, room is - Staff, especially the front of house and reception staff were absolutely excellent and always willing to help. The rooftop pool is excellent and inviting. The rooms are clean and very spacious and comfortable. All the staff were helpful and polite. The location is ideal being close to metro station and small grocery shops. There is an excellent array and choice of bars and always something good to do on any night of the week.
