Christina at the front desk was a gem as I needed to arrange a few things for the trip, she explained all the options, and was very accommodating of the requests and requirements I had. The room service staff were top notch, always friendly an... what people say » d warm and never too busy to help us with anything we needed (extra towels, extra condiments for in room food etc) The hotel itself is located excelle - Both me and the girlfriend have stayed at the hotel for a period of 5 days and it was overall an excellent experience. Even though there was a major construction happening in the area around the hotel which also ruined the beach view, we were still happy with the pool available in the hotel and the other facilities like the bar and restaurants. The breakfast was impressive with lots of selection. And the staff was very helpful. Room was big, comfortable and very clean.

In itself it is an attractive newly opened hotel, with comfortable rooms, and nice restaurant facility. Not on the grand scale of some of the large hotels in Dubai, but definately excellent value for money.   The staff were very attentive and supportive. They will go out of their way to make sure the guests feel comfortable and satisfied. We had the privilege of being attended to by Mr. Ansar, Asish and the nice ladies from the front desk.
