I only stayed there a weekend with my baby and husband and entire time in the hotel as it was raining out. Loved the room, decor was modern, classy and clean. The bed was big enough for the three of us and very comfortable. The rainfall shower was great and the tub is very nice size. We ordered room service when we arrived and a fold out table was brought to us. Very good service. Check in and check out was a breeze and very close to the airport. My favourite part is the Spice Restuarent. Abso.

The business centre staff were very efficient and everything was well laid out for the days events. Location was terrific. Close to Metro and the Airport. Staff were courteous and attentive until the very last moment, then.... Room service excellent. Spice Restaurant very good too. Great location if you have something todo in the old town area "Deira". From all the tourist spots it is a bit far away. However excellent "NEW" rooms and good breakfast. The staff was ever so kind, the bed was as good as the gybed at sofitel and the sheets ever so soft. I had room service twice, it was good and generous. we booked a club room and the lounge facilities eg happy 2 hours with buffet were great and proved to be great value for money. I believe everything there excellent specialy the staff, they were very friendly from door boy till shift manager. Friendly staff easy going open floors Arabic/Islamic interior accents comfy bed free wifi family friendly. The staff cooperation and when I found a bed bug they transfer me to an upgrade room in the same time. I suggest the rates is a bit expensive, can't you reduce it and make it accurate rate . Thanks . I was offered a 'house' car transit for 120Drh and I said no, because a cab is like 30Drh. So they then proceeded to take us to the airport in the house car ... for 30Dhr. I was vexed at the attempted gouging. The entry of the hotel is not the nicest, a bit on a high circulation boulevard. Breakfast room wasn't inviting, hence I didn't have breakfast. could have linked up with a sister hotel at beach to offer customers the opportunity of enjoying some time at the beach. Two sets of elevators; one set takes you to the lobby, another different ones take you to the rooms. One minor complaint was that the wash pipe next to the toilet was dirty. Nothing. the price but then who does like to pay more. Location is a bit far from the action. But the price justifies it. Very expensive for the service and staff level. The cost of the meals in the restaurant was a little on the pricey side. It is better if you can provide comb, tooth paste & brush in the room itself. Nothing. The Breakfast was a bit pricey. Location and no taxi in the main door. I didn't like the way our room smelt...it was like someone had been smoking in it, or it had been painted recently...but there was defintely a smell I didn't like. I'm not sure I like the open plan.....not my style. club lounge needs to be away from other restaurants and on another floor, a bit more exclusive...food wasn't great in there either. The price in letsbookhotel.com is without fee charge every thing is higher price example : thay make iron for my Arabic abaya 10$ ! and out side not more than 1$ !! there's no air refreshner in the bathroom , in some promotion u have to pay for ur breakfast 22$. There reception is very small and too many customers you see waiting to either check in or out and it make the area ver y crowded, they need to widen it so customers feel relaxed. Their rooms toilets are very tide to set and not relaxed. Very far away from all attractions, which means paying hefty amount of money to taxis. Rooms were too small and food menu was very limited. The staff in the reception are very bad. Room is small,Valet parking staff doesn't know good manner,for to check in takes half an hour. Not customer-friendly at all: I had booked for three nights. Then I wanted to prolong my stay for two more nights. Surprisingly the price they offered me was by far higher than the price I had before. They were not willing/able to give me the same price at the reception desk, told me if I want a better price then I had to book myself via internet. What kind of service is this? Unbelievable!
