The suites were way above our expectations. The view was fabulous and the apartment very spacious and great value for money. We had King bed as requested and 15th floor. Staff were very friendly and helpful- even security. Absolutely loved it and would recommend it highly. The bed was firm but very comfy. Much prefer Karon to Patong- beach cle

Spacious, comfortable, well-appointed rooms. Magnificent beach views. Excellent pool area. Great choice of restaurants at the front of the complex. Very helpful staff. Facilities on-site are not the greatest. However, facilities at Centara Karon Resort are excellent. ie Spa, Fitness Centre, Kids Club, Kids Pool Complex, Kids Playground (Guests at Waterfront Suites have card access to all these additional facilities).

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Big, light rooms. Perfect garden of flowers and tropical plants, but in spite of it - no insects in rooms at all. Fresh, tasty breakfast with enough variety of menu. Good restaurant with delicious courses. Clean pool with fresh and rather good cocktails in bar at it. Most of all i'm impresed by polite, smily and professional staff. Thank them for everything.

If you want a small hotel very close to the airport at a budget price this is good. Whilst very close to airport we heard no aircraft noise. Staff picked us up for free at midnight and were friendly. This is just a ' need to sleep now' hotel for one night before driving to the beach resorts 40 minutes to an hour away. -

Service was excellent - when we said we do not have a hanging key for safe, they immediatelly installed electronic safe. They were very nice and willing to help.
Room was big enough, balcony was big advantage. Bathroom OK. Hotel could provide beach towels on top, or at least one more towel for face. Close to the beach! -

Had read quite a few negative reviews about Patong Pearl Resortel, but I don’t believe in everything I hear,- or read… Have been a regular tourist in Patong since 1997, and at least I knew that the hotel had a very central location. The beach was at the other end of the block, and it was less than five minutes walk to busy BangLa Road.

Furniture is not new, but pretty well maintained, kitchen well equipped, room delivery meal service, food is really good.
